Talk to lots of them - all shapes and sizes - until it becomes so easy and natural that there is no longer a hint of fear attached.

When you get around to starting on the ones you are really interested in, do it in just the same way - natural, easy, relaxed, cool - as if you didn't really care one way or the other if she likes you or not. You will be amazed at the difference in your results.
